The 2009-2012 Strategic Plan for the Community Living Society
In early 2009 the CLS community started the process of updating our strategic plan. This involved consultations with persons served, families, employees, management, and funders. The plan we developed builds on our proud history and provides us with clear directions and priorities for the future. This plan is based in our updated values and vision and serves to align our efforts in delivering on our Mission.
I would like to thank all the people who contributed to the development of our ambitious and meaningful strategic plan. It is our hope that this plan will inspire everyone connected to the CLS to find ways to contribute to our vision of “Communities where every person lives with dignity and enjoys a full life”.
