CLS is one of seven service providers who have been selected to participate in a CLBC pilot project
which will measure the quality of life of the people we serve.
Over the fall and winter, a sample group of supported persons will be interviewed by trained self-advocates.
In some cases, proxies will be used to answer the questions (family members and/or people who have
known the person for a significant amount of time. The results of the surveys will be compiled confidentially
by a research company, and the aggregate results will be shared with CLS so that we can use them for
quality improvement.
