Operational Plan Quarterly Progress Report

We invite your input!

In the 2009 CLS Employee Engagement survey we received feedback that employees wanted to have more information about and opportunities for input into the direction of the organization. In response to this, we will be posting quarterly updates to the CLS Operational Plan on the website, which include the operational goals, the progress that has been made so far, and the name of the management team member responsible for ensuring that the goal is achieved.

We look forward to receiving feedback from CLS employees, as well as supported persons, families and networks, or any other members of the CLS community.

How to give your input.

By simply clicking on the name of the person attached to a particular goal, it will open an email link so that you can send your suggestions or other input directly to the person responsible. The subject line in the email will be automatically filled, please do not change that text as it references the goal you are commenting on.
